Common questions
How do I cancel?
Google Workspace add-ons: use the "Manage subscription" link in the add-on menu or in your receipt email. Shopify apps: uninstalling the app cancels the charge; billing is handled by Shopify.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if a paid plan does not work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. See the Terms.
How do I remove the add-on's access?
Uninstall the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace, then visit your Google Account permissions and remove "Amacy Works".
