Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Google Workspace add-ons, Shopify apps and website provided by Amacy Works, the trade name of an independent developer based in Japan. By installing or using our products you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products for your personal or business purposes while you comply with these terms. Free plans may have limits described on each product page.
2. Paid plans
- Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Workspace add-on subscriptions are sold through our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and may charge applicable taxes.
- Shopify app charges are billed through Shopify under Shopify's terms.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before raising the price of an existing subscription.
3. Refunds
If a paid plan does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund of that charge. Refunds required by law in your country are not affected.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use our products to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with Google's or Shopify's services.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your documents, spreadsheets and store data. We only process them to provide the feature you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep our products running, but they depend on Google and Shopify platforms that can change. We may update or discontinue a product; if we discontinue a paid product, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid period.
7. Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Please keep backups of important documents.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Nara, Japan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
